  1. The terms as outlined herein are subject to change from time to time, without any notification to the FrogsLuck.com USER. Use of FrogsLuck.com shall mean that the user has read these Terms and Conditions.

    1. FrogsLuck.com:
      1. provides the service of; amongst others, listing various competitions, advertisements and/or product offerings on behalf of itself and/or 3rd Parties ("the OFFERINGS").
      2. is a facilitator for listing many OFFERINGS found on the World Wide Web into one location, namely FrogsLuck.com, thus allowing our USER's to enter multiple competitions or the like from one location (FrogsLuck.com).
    2. USER - shall mean a user of FrogsLuck.com.
  3. These OFFERINGS may link to other websites and/or resources. As FrogsLuck.com has no control over such websites and resources, all USER's of FrogsLuck.com acknowledge and accept that FrogsLuck.com shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any OFFERINGS and/or enticements made by such OFFERINGS or the delivery and/or fulfilment of any undertakings in relation thereto.
  4. FrogsLuck.com shall employ its best endeavours to ensure all listings of OFFERINGS are as accurate as possible, however FrogsLuck.com shall accept no responsibility if said information is incorrect and/or changed by the OFFERING party at any time. FrogsLuck.com does not endorse any OFFERING.
  5. Should the USER of FrogsLuck.com enter any listed competition alternatively have any dealing with the OFFERING party, then the USER does so at their volition and peril. FrogsLuck.com shall accept no responsibility therefor.
  6. FrogsLuck.com nor its employees or agents shall in any circumstances, including negligence of any degree on their part, be liable to any USER or any other person for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits.
